We retain account data for as long as the account is active. When an account is deleted, all associated personal data is removed within 30 days. Learning progress data in anonymised aggregate form may be retained for product improvement.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own data. We regularly review our security practices.
When students join a live classroom session via vivawhiz.com/join, they participate using only a display name. No account creation or personal information is required to join a session. Session data is not retained after the session ends.
